The controller of Users’ personal data is BE-BOUND, a French “société par actions simplifiée” with a share capital of €752,184, registered at the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 535 287 106, whose registered office is located at 80 rue de Lourmel, 75015 Paris, France (hereinafter the “Publisher” or “BE-BOUND”). Subject to the User's consent, BE-BOUND may also transfer Users’ Data to its affiliated companies.
Data transferred to public authorities and/or bodies: In accordance with the Regulations, Data may be transmitted to the competent authorities upon request and in particular to public bodies, exclusively to meet legal obligations, court officers, judicial officers and bodies responsible for debt recovery, as well as in the case of the search for perpetrators of offences committed on the Internet.
Data transferred to third parties: The Data may be communicated by the Publisher to its subcontractors (in particular IT service providers such as database management, hosting, storage, maintenance, etc.), its auditors, attorneys or commercial partners under the conditions described in this Policy.

In accordance with the Regulations, any User, as a natural person, has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and to portability of the Data concerning him/her, as well as the right to formulate general and specific directives on the way in which he/she wishes his/her rights to be exercised after his/her death:

7. Data storage period and archiving
Users’ Data will not be stored for longer than strictly necessary for the purposes set out herein and in accordance with the Regulations. The Data collected for the management of subscriptions to the BE-BOUND Newsletter are stored for a period of three (3) years from from the last contact with the User. At the end of this period, we will delete the Data unless the User has given his/her consent to continue to receive our Newsletter. The Data collected to respond to Your request to demonstrate the BE-BOUND solution or those You send us via the "Contact" button (or by email directly) are stored for a period not exceeding the time required to process the request. The Data collected via the https://www.welcometothejungle.co/fr/companies/be-bound website for recruitment purposes will be stored for a maximum of two (2) years from the date of our last contact with You unless You object or are actually recruited by BE-BOUND. The database created when a User sends a request through the contact form is strictly confidential.
